CHRC remains committed to partnering the Dingo community as part of its long term planning for the Central Highlands region.

The Dingo 2022 Community Reference Group (CRG) has been established to implement the Dingo 2022 Community Plan. This Plan was developed by the Dingo community when Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) created the ten year Central Highlands 2022 Community Plan.

The Dingo 2022 CRG has representation accross all sectors of the community including:

  • Rural Landholders
  • Youth
  • Seniors
  • Sport & Recreation / Arts & Culture
  • Education
  • Health / Community Services
  • Business; and
  • Industry


This group plays an important role in supporting the Dingo community to achieve their vision for 2022.

A group of Dingo residents took up the challenge in April 2014 to nominate for the Dingo 2022 Community Reference Group (CRG).

They saw the opportunity for community, government, business and industry to partner in advancing initiatives for Dingo and to have a say in planning Dingo's long term future.
