CHRC remains committed to partnering the Arcadia Valley community as part of its long term planning for the Central Highlands region.
The Arcadia Valley 2022 Community Reference Group (CRG) has been established to implement the Arcadia Valley 2022 Community Plan. This Plan was developed by the Arcadia Valley community when Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) created the ten year Central Highlands 2022 Community Plan.
The Arcadia Valley 2022 CRG has representation accross all sectors of the community including:
- Rural Landholders
- Sport & Recreation / Arts & Cultural
- Health / Community Services
- Business; and
This group plays an important role in supporting the Arcadia Valley community to achieve their vision for 2022.
A group of Arcadia Valley residents took up the challenge in March 2015 to nominate for the Arcadia Valley 2022 Community Reference Group.
They saw the opportunity for community, government, business and industry to partner in advancing initiatives for Arcadia Valley and to have a say in planning Arcadia Valley's long term future.
